Job description

Job Description: We have an opening for a Field Operations Manager in Tucson, Arizona. The Field Operations Manager plays a critical role in the field testing and inspection operations of our construction services group. We are seeking an individual who is looking for a dynamic position and has the ability to lead a large team of technicians and inspectors highly focused on safety and quality. This person will take the lead in mentorship and training of field staff, interface with project managers and client representatives, coordinate with the Dispatcher on scheduling, and have oversight of field safety protocols, including radiation safety. They will also oversee equipment management, purchases and repairs, and fleet management.


Education: High school diploma, GED or equivalent


Qualifications: The successful candidate will have 7+ yearsโ€™ experience in construction/construction testing/inspections or a combination of education and experience, and hold a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Other desirable qualifications include ICC certifications in Reinforced Concrete, Structural Masonry or others, and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Construction Management. Experience supervising field technicians is also desired.
