Description

Ready to make a meaningful impact during the 2026-2027 school year? Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist in Redmond, WA, to help students build independence, participate fully in the classroom, and achieve academic success.

Position Overview: 

  • Provide onsite occupational therapy services across elementary campuses in accordance with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and program guidelines.
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions addressing functional, sensory, and motor needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining accurate documentation and participating in required meetings.
  • Participate in required professional development and training to maintain compliance with district and program requirements.

Qualifications: 

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Washington Occupational Therapist License
  • Active Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
