Job Summary:
Compu-Vision Consulting Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide end-to-end technical support for a globally distributed workforce. The role involves delivering hands-on and remote IT support, managing Microsoft 365 environments, and ensuring compliance with federal cybersecurity standards.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 IT support to domestic and internationally deployed staff
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS, network, and connectivity issues
• Deliver full lifecycle IT support for laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Provide real-time remote technical assistance using enterprise remote access tools
• Support hybrid and remote work environments across multiple time zones
• Administer Microsoft 365 hybrid environments
• Manage Entra ID (Azure AD), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Groups
• Support Outlook, Teams conferencing, and collaboration workflows
• Manage email account creation, modification, archiving, and deactivation
• Maintain compliance with federal cybersecurity directives and FISMA requirements
• Support enterprise cybersecurity initiatives including cyber hygiene scans
• Assist with data loss prevention controls
• Follow strict government security standards and auditing requirements
• Safeguard controlled and sensitive information

Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 7+ years of professional IT support experience
• Deep expertise with: Microsoft 365 Hybrid Environments, Entra ID / Azure AD, MFA and SSO
• Advanced Windows OS troubleshooting and device support
• Experience installing, supporting, and managing laptop and mobile devices
• Hands-on experience with: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
• Experience with enterprise remote support tools: Remote Desktop, Zoom, Microsoft Teams
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust Clearance
• Must successfully pass background investigation
• Must maintain active SAM registration and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)
• Must comply with all federal cybersecurity, data protection, and IT governance rules
Preferred:
• Experience supporting globally deployed staff and international operations
