Saint Francis School - Milton Campus is seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and student-centered School Counselor to join our growing school community. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting the academic, social, emotional, and personal development of students while fostering a positive school environment.

The School Counselor will work collaboratively with students, families, faculty, and administration to provide guidance, support, and resources that help students thrive both academically and personally.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing individual and small-group counseling to students

  • Assisting students with academic planning, goal setting, and personal growth

  • Supporting students through social, emotional, and behavioral challenges

  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote student success

  • Developing and implementing programs that support student wellness, character development, and resilience

  • Assisting with crisis intervention and conflict resolution when necessary

  • Monitoring student progress and identifying appropriate interventions and support services

  • Maintaining accurate and confidential student records in accordance with school policies and professional standards

  • Supporting student transitions and helping families navigate academic and personal concerns

  • Participating in school events, meetings, and initiatives that contribute to the overall mission of the school

Qualified Candidates Should Possess:

  • A masters degree in School Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field
