Job Summary:
Responsible for transporting airport passengers to and from airport parking facilities safely. Assist customers with their luggage and answers any questions they may have. Ensures proper maintenance and upkeep of the assigned bus.

Job Duties: โ€ฏ
  • Conduct shuttle pre-trip inspection, report deficiencies, and complete all reports.โ€ฏ
  • Provide pleasant customer service, assist with luggage, and address customer service - related questions and issues.โ€ฏ
  • Assist passengers with special needs.โ€ฏ
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers to ensure effective fleet operations.โ€ฏ
  • Maintain clean and orderly shuttle bus.โ€ฏ
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
  • Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
  • Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.โ€ฏ 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and capabilities expected for this position.
Qualifications: โ€ฏ
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
  • Possess a valid Commercial Driverโ€™s License (Class A/B).
Physical requirements: โ€ฏ
  • Must be able to constantly lift and carry up to 70 lbs, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.
Working conditions: โ€ฏ
  • Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
  • Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
