Job description

Full-time roles are now available at both middle and elementary school levels, offering the chance to support young learners within enriching educational settings. This contract opportunity runs through June 2027 and is based onsite, providing stability as you guide students to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s in Social Work (MSW) and active licensure to practice in Pennsylvania
  • School-based social work experience required
  • Compliance with PA Department of Education:
    • Either hold a valid PA School Social Worker Educational Specialist certificate
    • Or possess an LSW or LCSW and enrollment in a PDE-approved school social worker program
  • Ability to obtain and complete all Pennsylvania state clearances
  • Comfortable supporting students and collaborating with staff in an urban educational setting
  • Must disclose district before application submission
  • Readiness to interview via Zoom
  • Commitment to working onsite, weekdays 8:30AM–4PM
