Job description

We are currently seeking dedicated and certified Male Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This role involves providing direct behavioral support to students within a school district setting. We have an immediate primary need in the South Houston area, with additional locations across the district to be determined.

As an RBT, you will work closely with BCBAs and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans, foster a positive learning environment, and help students reach their social and academic goals.

Key Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Certification: Must hold an Active RBT Certification through the BACB.
