Position Summary
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Administrator to join our team. The Front Desk Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee documentation
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Enter and update information accurately in company databases and systems
  • Support management with administrative tasks, reports, and filing
