Your mission
The Enrollment Advisor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the final stages of the admissions process, with a focus on achieving enrollment targets. This role involves high-volume communication with potential students and requires strong interpersonal and sales skills to effectively support and close new enrollments. The Enrollment Advisor will use a consultative approach to address student inquiries, provide information about program offerings, and work towards successful enrollments through proactive follow-ups and personalized engagement.
Tasks and Responsabilities
  • Enrollment Closing
    • Drive student enrollment numbers by proactively managing a pipeline of prospective students through effective follow-up and consistent communication.
    • Conduct high-volume phone calls, emails, and other communications with students in the final stages of the admissions process to secure their enrollment.
    • Work closely with students and families to understand their needs and offer guidance on program options, financial aid, and admissions steps.
  • Counseling and Guidance
    • Provide personalized counseling to prospective students, helping them make informed decisions regarding their academic and career goals.
    • Clearly explain program details, admissions requirements, and the enrollment process to students.
    • Address concerns, answer questions, and provide additional resources to assist in the decision-making process.
  • Target Achievement
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets as set by the Student Advisor Team Leader.
    • Track and monitor key performance metrics, including conversion rates, to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to implement strategies for achieving enrollment goals.
  • Database and CRM Management
    • Maintain detailed records of all interactions with students in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
    • Use CRM tools to schedule follow-ups, track student progress, and manage leads effectively.
    • Generate regular reports on enrollment activities and pipeline progress to provide insights for the admissions team.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in student advising, admissions, sales, or customer service, ideally with experience in high-volume calls or lead conversion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and consultative approach.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment or sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) to manage and track leads.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple student inquiries and priorities effectively.
  • English
  • Strong preference given to candidates with fluency in another language
