We are seeking a Scheduling Student for our Toronto district, within our Canadian Buildings Division that are available for 4 or 8 months starting September 2026. 

As a Scheduling Student and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:

Responsibilities
  • Assists with schedule creation
  • Updates for small projects based on direction from Scheduling Manager
  • Creates schedule content and completes schedule updates as directed
  • Assists schedulers with monitoring and communicating the project schedules to project and scheduling team
  • Basic Knowledge of construction specifications, building materials, methods, and materials.
Qualifications
  • Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment basic knowledge of building materials, methods, and materials
  • Application of various computer software programs will be required, including scheduling software such as: Primavera, Microsoft Project or excel as well as Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable systems
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with scheduling team
