Supervising the weekly schedule flow and developing training plans up to 70days ahead of class start dates.
Ensuring the manager and daily schedulers/registrars remain proficient with the F 35 Training Management System and local scheduling software, providing onboarding, training, and ongoing support for new hires.
Collaborating closely with the broader LockheedMartin training team to meet F 35 training objectives.
Partnering with the F 35 Joint Program Office (JPO) to support Resource and Scheduling Working Groups and other enterprise wide coordination functions, facilitating both programmed and emergent training requirements.
In addition to managerial duties, the incumbent will perform limited daily scheduling tasks as part of the FTC scheduler team.
