Core Responsibilities
  • Inbound & Outbound Logistics Planning: Coordinate sales order fulfillment and partner with carriers and the General Manager to schedule and receive shipping containers seamlessly.
  • Inventory & E-commerce Documentation: Oversee daily e-commerce fulfillment records and lead regular inventory audits to ensure digital data perfectly matches physical stock.
  • Process Integration & Improvement: Serve as the trusted bridge between office administration and warehouse teams to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks in real time.
  • Financial & Bookkeeping Support: Maintain accurate weekly financial records and perform foundational bookkeeping tasks in close support of the General Manager.
  • Vendor & Return Management: Serve as the primary liaison for external vendors while managing end-to-end customer return workflows with care and efficiency.
