Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

The Timeless Collector is a growing 5-year-old watch trading business specializing in the buying, selling, and trading of luxury watches. With a commitment to excellence and attention to detail, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality service to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and organized Operations Associate to join our team and support our day-to-day operations

Job Description:

The Operations Associate will manage daily processes, inventory, and logistics to ensure the smooth operation of The Timeless Collector. This position offers an opportunity to grow within the company, with responsibilities that include operations mainly with a potential partial role in sales. The individual will work with other team members to optimize efficiency and maintain the high standards that define our company.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the inventory of luxury watches, ensuring accurate tracking and secure storage.
• Coordinate the intake, inspection, and cataloging of new watch arrivals.

• Facilitate shipping and receiving processes, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.

• Maintain detailed records of transactions, sales, and operational data.

• Communicate effectively with team members to address operational needs and resolve issues.
• Take professional-grade photographs of watches daily to support listings and records, with training and a company-issued phone provided.


 

Qualifications:
 

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using inventory management software, spreadsheets, and other organizational tools (training provided if needed).
