Responsibilities:
  • Support the development, implementation, and documentation of operational strategies and process improvement initiatives.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to production teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task execution

  • Review, enter, maintain, and ensure data integrity within department systems.

  • Conduct research and data analysis to inform project recommendations and operational decisions.

  • Audit and report on financial transactions, operational metrics, and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify efficiency opportunities and support automation efforts.

  • Familiarity with Agile framework; Azure Dev Ops, Power BI, AI preferred.

  • Excellent documentation skills.

  • Skilled in collaborating and communicating effectively within a team environment

  • Ability to consistently deliver accurate and timely work product.

  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, recommend, and collaborate with team members on solutions.

Please note: This is a temporary role staffed through one of our trusted staffing agency partners. The individual selected will be an employee of the staffing agency and assigned to work with the M Financial team for the duration of the assignment (6 months).
