Title
Operations Associate
EOE Statement
We are an equal employment opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.
Description
We are seeking a dependable, motivated individual who takes pride in quality work, attention to detail, and delivering a positive customer experience. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, learning technical skills, and being part of a team that directly supports customer success, we are looking for you to join our Operations team.
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an Operations Associate to support equipment setup, warehouse operations, and equipment delivery support. This position plays a critical role in ensuring equipment is assembled, tested, and prepared correctly so our customers have a positive experience from the moment their equipment arrives.
The primary responsibility of this role is the assembly, configuration, testing, and preparation of new and pre-owned copier and printer equipment. The successful candidate will have technical skills related to product assembly, quality control, and troubleshooting. Candidates should be comfortable working with computers, software interfaces, and basic mechanical systems.
In addition to equipment setup responsibilities, this position supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, pulling orders, packaging shipments, counting inventory, and maintaining an organized warehouse. Attention to detail and inventory accuracy are critical to success in this role, as these activities directly support our service organization and customer commitments.
Delivery responsibilities are limited to providing support for equipment deliveries when needed. This may include assisting with loading, unloading, transporting, staging, and positioning equipment at customer locations.
As an essential business, our performance directly supports critical regional infrastructure, including healthcare, education, and commercial organizations. This position contributes directly to customer satisfaction and operational success by ensuring equipment is prepared accurately, delivered safely, and installed professionally.
This position operates on a standard schedule of 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and starts at $19.00 per hour, depending on experience. A cell phone reimbursement plan is also provided for approved business use.
We provide on-the-job training, clearly defined expectations, and the support of an experienced team committed to helping employees grow and develop new skills. Uniform shirts are provided. Work pants (not jeans) and appropriate work footwear are required.
We offer an opportunity to join a rapidly growing company with advancement opportunities, a strong team culture, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, three weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) profit-sharing plan with a generous company match.
