Job description

The Role
We're looking for an Operations Associate who can own anything operations related in the recruiting and workplace/office space. You'll be the bridge between our team, candidates, and office. This is a high-trust, high-leverage role for someone who treats operations as a craft.
What you'll do
Recruiting coordination
  • Own scheduling across every interview loop, partnering closely with hiring managers, candidates, and any external recruiters we work with
  • Be the first and last touchpoint for candidates - fast, warm, professional communication that matches the bar of the team they're meeting
  • Run onsite days end-to-end: travel, logistics, interviewer prep, debriefs, follow-ups, the full experience
  • Keep our ATS clean and our hiring data accurate so the team can trust what they're looking at

Workplace & office
  • Support our SF office: space, snacks, supplies, vendors, mail, IT equipment, security, day-to-day everything
  • Make day one feel great - laptops ordered, accounts provisioned, desk prepped, first-week schedule lined up before they walk in
  • Plan team lunches, dinners, team building events, and the cultural moments that make 20 people feel like a team
What we're looking for
  • 2-4 years in recruiting coordination, office management, or some mix of the two - ideally at a high-growth startup
  • A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • An obsession with process and detail. You write things down, you make checklists, and things don't fall through the cracks on your watch
  • High agency: when you see something broken, you fix it; when you see something missing, you build it. You don't wait for permission
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication. You'll be the face of the company to candidates and vendors.
Perks & Benefits
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Future Planning: 401(k) plan including employer match on contributions made while employed by Rowspace
  • Food & Fuel: Monthly commuter stipend, plus free daily lunch and a fully stocked snack bar in the office
  • Team Culture: Regular team offsites to bond and strategize away from the desk
