Haalufa USA, Inc., is currently seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager – Master Project Scheduler to join our PMO Team to begin an exciting and challenging career in Landover, Maryland.

Job Description
  1. Schedule activities related to complex solution development, architecture and management processes from concept design through development, launch and maintenance.
  2. Interfaces with development, account and executive management to validate and document schedules and activities for the design and implementation of solutions and portfolios of solutions.
  3. Manage schedules and resource allocation across-functional teams, engaging executive management to ensure consistency in solution development and implementation timelines.
  4. Validates resources requirements to support complex solutions to verify alignment with and support client requirements, needs and enterprise environment.
  5. Produce business requirements; evaluates concepts and models such as market timing, knowledge of industry and trends.
  6. Reviews and approves decisions prior to implementation to ensure adherence to business strategies.
  7. Utilizes excellent written and oral communication skills to work closely with executive Federal leadership and contractor and vendor technical staff to identify best solutions for the organization. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  8. Advises management regarding resources needs and schedule implications of strategy, technology innovations and enterprise architecture services. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
  9. Knowledge of information technology and related services to support the customer with IT project scheduling of resources to develop technical requirements gathering and development.
  10. Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
  11. Ensures strict conformance to/with program task schedules and prices. Assign projects to Design specialist based on workload and availability. Coordinate assignments shall be coordinated with the SSME/SME and customers.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT management, English or technical writing and 10 years of experience or equivalent.
  2. PMP Certification preferred.
  3. Extensive knowledge of and operational management of large IT Project Schedules utilizing Microsoft Project Plan (MPP).
  4. Average 5 to 7 years of professional services practice experience managing more complex projects within organization’s industry, domain or program solutions.
  5. Project management experience with at least 2 of those years managing large, more complex projects, with minimum value of $25 million of services per year.
  6. Successfully completed PMI or IPMA professional certification.
  7. Training in the practical application of business process redesign, change management and information planning tools and methodologies.
  8. Using business process redesign, change management and information planning tools and methodologies to identify new business opportunities.
  9. Successful track record of engagement capture and client relationship management.
  10. Expert in EVMS, Critical Path, and PERT.
  11. Advance skill in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse and MS 365.

The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, and flexible time off.
