Job description – Spa Coordinator

Our Spa Coordinator position is a great opportunity for someone with outstanding customer service skills who would like to learn more about spa/hotel operations.

Daily activities of the Spa Coordinator include: Checking spa guests in/out, booking appointments, selling retail products and boutique gift items and effectively communicating daily with other members of the spa and overall hotel team.

A successful candidate in the Spa Coordinator role will be customer service oriented, have strong computer skills, be a hard-working professional and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
