Job description

Office/Scheduling Assistant needed immediately for busy electrical contracting company. Prior experience working in an office environment a plus. Experience in the construction industry a PLUS! Must speak fluent English. Full time position requiring 30-40 hours weekly. Must pass a drug screening test. Medical benefits after 90 days. Qualified individual must be a quick learner and possess the following:


  • Computer knowledge, specifically the complete Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Duties include answering phones, daily scheduling, calendar tracking, dispatch work order entry, filing, data entry. Room for advancement into purchasing and project coordination.


Small office environment with fast-paced work. Salay commensurate with experience.
