Job description

Team: Mothering Convention

Location: Remote / Near Sandy, Utah

Commitment: Minimum 3 hours per week (remote), one team meeting per week (remote) & All day Oct 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah.

Unpaid Volunteer Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Helps make map of how to utilize each space within the venue
  • Figures out which speaker is in which rooms during which times based on interest & room capacities;
  • Creates the itinerary to be posted on the web and (e)mailed out to registered participants.
  • Good at generating schedules with visual clarity
