We are seeking to hire a Senior Scheduler to join our company to support a Semiconductor construction project in Portland, Oregon. This role allows the successful applicant the ability to work remote from home, with travel to site once a month.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support all project planning and scheduling activities through the use of scheduling tools, systems, and industry best practices.
  • Develop, maintain, analyze, and report on project schedules throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate compliance with corporate scheduling standards and procedures.
  • Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist project teams in maintaining schedule transparency and forecasting project performance.
  • Gather, organize, and distribute project data, schedules, and related documentation.
  • Perform schedule analysis to identify critical path impacts, potential delays, and recovery opportunities.
  • Support claims avoidance and resolution efforts through schedule maintenance and analysis.
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, superintendents, and clients.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work under the direction of the Scheduling Manager or Scheduling Director.


Authority:

  • You have authority to stop the job if you feel there is an unsafe work practice which could result in a risk of injury, have an environmental impact or risk to equipment and other personnel.
  • Carry out your duties to meet Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements at all times.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in a Scheduler, Senior Scheduler or Lead Scheduling role on large-scale projects, preferably semiconductor, data center, hyperscale, mission-critical, or other complex industrial projects
  • Advanced Proficiency with Primavera P6 (current Primavera P6 OPC certification is strongly desired)
  • Familiarity and experience with scheduling methodologies such as TAKT Planning, CPM, Gantt Charts, PERT etc
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Construction Management preferred OR 10+ years equivalent experience, with the last 5+ in a Scheduling role
