Overview

Are you a detail-oriented leader who can anticipate challenges and proactively adapt schedules? As a Segment Schedule Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the successful delivery of a key project segment. In this role, you will develop, manage, and review project schedules to ensure work stays on track and aligned with overall project goals.

Join the $4.6B SR 400 Express Lanes project in Atlanta-one of the largest roadway projects in the United States-delivered through a public-private partnership led by FlatironDragados and ACCIONA. This landmark infrastructure program includes the design, construction, and long-term operation and maintenance of the corridor over 50 years, transforming a critical transportation route and supporting mobility in one of the nation's fastest-growing regions.

What you will be doing
  • Develops, manages, and reviews all Division project schedules and narratives using company-standard formats and software, based on input from engineers, project managers, superintendents, and estimating teams.ย 
  • Assigns and monitors Division scheduling resources for projects.ย 
  • Assists in developing and implementing scheduling procedures and training for the Project Controls Department.ย 
  • Creates schedules that include resource and cost loading to accurately track production needs and payment timelines.ย 
  • Assists or assigns resources for bid scheduling during the estimate phase, working with estimating and engineering teams to accurately sequence all project work.ย 
  • Develops or reviews all Project Baseline Schedules and narratives before submission.ย 
  • Identifies and reports the impact of performed and delayed work by updating the company-approved schedule and financial reporting programs.ย 
  • Assists in preparing time impact analyses for any identified risks to the schedule or budget.ย 
  • Provides technical expertise to resolve complex production and scheduling issues.ย 
  • Delivers project status reports to direct managers and Project Managers for weekly and monthly update meetings.ย 
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.ย ย 
  • 7+ years' experience in construction project scheduling required, including experience in alternative delivery projects, cost and resource loading and development of time impact analyses.ย ย ย 
  • Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 or other scheduling software.ย 
  • Advanced knowledge of construction building procedures and industry specific scheduling requirements.ย ย 
  • Proven skill and ability to identify and mitigate scheduling issues for simple and complex construction projects.ย 
  • Strong leadership skills to drive a team towards a common goal, using a common best practice procedure.ย ย 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.ย ย 
  • Proficient verbal, written communication and presentation skills.ย ย
