Manthey Hospitality is hiring Servers to provide polished, attentive service and premier dining experiences for Nashville Riverboats.

Nashville Riverboats delivers unforgettable sightseeing cruises, dining experiences, weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. We blend Southern hospitality, live entertainment, and scenic river cruising into one-of-a-kind experiences.


What You’ll Do

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout the cruise
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders; assist with menu selections and suggestive selling
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally in accordance with service standards
  • Maintain polished dining room presentation with properly set and reset tables
  • Ensure menus are clean, accurate, and properly placed
  • Keep dining rooms, service stations, and public areas organized and guest-ready
  • Follow all sanitation, hygiene, and Board of Health standards
  • Participate in safety drills and comply with all maritime safety procedures
  • Arrive in uniform, complete pre- and post-shift duties, and support other departments as needed
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion at all times
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

What You Bring

  • 2-3 years of serving experience required; 1-2 years of upscale or high-volume experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first attitude
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven service environment
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with enthusiasm for guest interaction
  • Ability to safely navigate stairs while carrying service items
  • Ability to carry and balance service trays or items up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
  • Ability to work onboard for 2–5 hour cruises; occasional extended shifts up to 12 hours
