Employment Type:6 months

Compensation Range: $46.52-$50.54

Location: Southern California

Work Schedule: 9/80 6:30am – 4:45pm with every other Friday off

Position Summary

The Information Technology Support Analyst II performs intermediate-level IT support activities including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to support requests, supporting endpoint technologies, maintaining enterprise applications, and assisting with operational continuity across multiple IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and support software, hardware, and enterprise systems
  • Respond to end-user requests and provide technical resolutions
  • Support and document service requests using enterprise ticketing platforms
  • Install, configure, and maintain endpoint devices and software applications
  • Support desktop, laptop, mobile, and peripheral technologies
  • Assist with access controls and Active Directory administration
  • Maintain asset tracking and equipment inventory systems
  • Support operational systems, backups, and enterprise environments
  • Develop documentation and provide user training

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum two years of relevant IT support experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise desktop and endpoint environments
  • Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Experience supporting end users in enterprise environments
