Job Title: SCCM Architect
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months Contract
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SCCM ARCHITECT
1. SCCM / MECM Expertise (Core)
  • Hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM
  • Server onboarding into existing SCCM infrastructure
  • Client installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Boundary groups and site assignment
  • Multi-domain deployment experience in SCCM

2. Windows Server Administration
  • Experience with Windows Server (2012-2022)
  • Troubleshooting patching and agent-related issues

3. Patch Management & Migration
  • Experience migrating from third-party patching tools → SCCM
  • Understanding of WSUS/SCCM patching workflows
  • Managing patch deployments and maintenance windows
  • Ensuring patch compliance during migration

4. Automation / Scripting
  • PowerShell for:
    • Bulk client deployment
    • Cleanup of legacy agents
    • Basic health checks

5. Infrastructure Awareness
  • Basic understanding of DNS, AD, and firewall requirements
  • Ability to coordinate with infra/network teams

6. Execution Capability
  • Experience with fast-paced migration projects
  • Ability to onboard servers in parallel and meet tight deadlines
