We're looking for a talented ServiceNow Administrator to join our team in Washington, DC. This position will support a complex government client and will provide administration, configuration, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform supporting enterprise IT services. In this role, you will help maintain ITSM workflows, CMDB integrity, and reporting capabilities in support of a mission-focused Federal environment.
Work Location:
Hybrid - A mix of onsite and remote work.
Clearance:
Must be US citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows, SLAs, forms, UI policies, and catalog items
  • Support ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM administrative activities
  • Maintain CMDB data integrity and support integrations with enterprise tools
  • Develop dashboards, reports, filters, and service metrics
  • Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and operational improvements
  • Troubleshoot system issues and support user/admin requests
  • Assist with Knowledge Base, Service Catalog, and portal administration
  • Document configurations, standards, and support procedures
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • ServiceNow ITSM modules and administrative functions
  • Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies, notifications, and dashboards
  • CMDB, asset management, and service catalog administration
  • Integrations with tools such as Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, or Discovery
  • Workflow automation, reporting, and continuous platform improvement
