Job Summary:
Veracity Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Specialist to manage the City's enterprise endpoint management environment. The role involves overseeing SCCM infrastructure, software deployment, operating system imaging, and ensuring compliance and security across enterprise endpoints.
Responsibilities:
• administer, maintain, optimize, and support the City's enterprise endpoint management environment
• managing the SCCM infrastructure
• software deployment processes

• ensure system stability, performance, compliance, and efficient software distribution across enterprise desktop and laptop environments
• work closely with infrastructure teams, desktop support personnel, security teams, systems administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable and secure endpoint operations across City departments
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of SCCM Administration and Endpoint Management experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) environments.
• Experience managing SCCM site infrastructure and backend components.
• Experience creating and deploying software packages and applications.
• Experience developing and maintaining operating system deployment (OSD) solutions.
• Experience creating and maintaining desktop and laptop imaging processes.
• Experience supporting Windows operating system deployments and upgrades.
• Experience performing software distribution and application lifecycle management.
• Experience managing endpoint patch deployment and update compliance.
• Experience supporting enterprise antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
