Job description

Scantibodies Laboratory seeks an exceptional individual with a strong background providing administrative support. Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a minimum of three (3) years of experience providing complex administrative support in a busy professional office. Candidates must also possess a thorough knowledge of MS Office suite, including advanced Outlook skills and intermediate PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills. Successful applicants must be extremely detail-oriented and have impeccable follow-through, be a skilled planner and self-starter, and demonstrated ability to work under pressure and successfully deal with competing demands while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications

· High school diploma

· Three (3) years of administrative support experience

· Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

· Outstanding written and oral communication skills

· Customer-service oriented

· Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities

· Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities at the same time, while remaining in control under pressure

· Proactive problem solver who demonstrates initiative

· Professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy

· Strong follow-up and follow-through skills, with a focus on results

· Articulate, polished and professional demeanor with strong work ethic, self-confidence, initiative, and passionate approach to one’s work
