Job description

At Ashley | The Wellsville Group, we're looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Aurora, OH. If you enjoy staying active, working with a great team, and taking pride in making sure customers receive their furniture on time and in excellent condition, this could be a great fit.

Every day, you'll play an important role in preparing furniture for next-day deliveries across Northeast Ohio by unloading shipments, assembling products, inspecting for quality, and staging orders for delivery.

What You'll Do
  • Safely move and handle furniture weighing 100 lbs. or more
  • Unload inbound furniture shipments and scan inventory using an RF scan gun
  • Remove furniture from packaging, inspect for damage, install hardware, and prepare pieces for delivery
  • Pick and assemble furniture for the next day's customer deliveries
  • Stage completed orders for delivery while maintaining both speed and quality
  • Stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced warehouse environment
