Job description

Are you interested in joining an active environment where every day brings a sense of accomplishment? We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team full-time. In this role, you'll be a valuable part of our order fulfillment process-using pick tickets to locate items, pulling accurate quantities, packing them with care, and maintaining consistent productivity. If you enjoy staying busy and moving, this could be the job for you!
This is a direct hire full-time position working Monday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack our orders daily; accurately pick customer sales orders using handheld scanning devices, meeting daily performance quotas.
  • Label, pack, and ship orders securely and correctly, ensuring all shipments meet company standards for accuracy and presentation.
  • Document and communicate key shipment details, including serial numbers, tracking updates, and changes to shipping addresses, when applicable
  • Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete
  • Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
  • Comply with all safety policies and warehouse procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
Required Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Reliable and punctual
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in a warehouse setting, preferred
  • Familiarity with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus

Shift Time: 1 open shift Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 6:30pm; 1 open shift Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
