Senior On-Site Service Specialist
Position Summary
The Senior On-Site Services Specialist provides mailroom, copy/print, shipping/receiving, document management, and general office support services at a customer location. This role ensures efficient daily operations, delivers excellent customer service, and supports office functions including meeting setup, reception coverage, and light facility support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate high-volume copy, print, scanning, and finishing equipment.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and replenishment of office equipment.
  • Process, sort, distribute, and ship mail, packages, and office supplies.
  • Handle document scanning, imaging, filing, archiving, and records management.
  • Respond to customer requests and coordinate service support as needed.
  • Maintain operational logs, inventory records, and reporting metrics.
  • Deliver completed projects and materials throughout customer locations.
  • Support meeting room and conference room setup.
  • Provide occasional reception, hospitality, and general office support.
  • Assist with facility moves, light maintenance, and other site-related duties.
  • Ensure work areas remain organized, stocked, and customer-ready.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in office services, mailroom, print/copy center, customer service, or related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with shipping/receiving, copy/print equipment, or records management preferred.
  • Valid driver's license may be required.
