Job description

Job Title:Mixing Prep/Pre-Weigh Operator
Location:Chaska,MN
Type: Full-Time
We are currently looking for Mixing Prep for our Chaska, MN location.
Manufacturing experience required
Medical, Dental, 401k, Life Insurance, PTO, 8 Paid Holidays, Short Term Disability
The shifts are as follows:
2nd Monday-Friday 2:00-10:30pm ($.50 shift differential)
3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday 10:00PM-6:30AM ($1.00 shift differential)
Job Duties Include:
  • Produces product batches meeting all quality parameters in a timely manner.
  • Ensure ingredients all are weighed as prioritized and in a manner as to contribute to the success of our customers.
  • Reduce downtime by ensuring equipment is properly maintained and always operational.
  • Understand and maintain a culture of "lean action" within the department so that we live lean better than any organization.
  • Maintain a correct chemical inventory.

Prior Experience & Technical Skills:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least one-year experience in chemical handling.
  • Prior mixing experience a plus.
