Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Active Professional Licensure or Registration as a Landscape Architect (RLA/PLA).
  • Experience: 8-10+ years of progressive experience in landscape architecture design and project management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong background in site planning, the entitlement process, and managing comprehensive project budgets and cost estimates.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Software Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, or GIS platforms.
