The Solution Director is a strategic go-to-market leader responsible for accelerating market growth, building pipeline, and closing large deals for jointly for Siemens & TCS Industrial Automation solutions across the engineering and manufacturing lifecycle. This role is expected to position TCS Industrial Autonomy & Engineering as Siemens strategic partner of choice in this solution area by winning new business, expanding existing client relationships through advisory expertise and thought leadership, collaborating with strategic partners on joint go-to-market pursuits, increasing market visibility through marketing events, and demonstrating solutions at TCS Briefing Centers and Labs.
Required Technical Skill Set:
• OT ecosystem (PLC/DCS, SCADA/HMI, Industrial edge & OT security, digital twins, Industrial AI & Physical AI, MES/MOM transformation programs, Smart Manufacturing
Must Haves:
• Minimum 13+ years in manufacturing, digital transformation and industrial technology
• Strong experience in Siemens ecosystem PLC/DCS, SCADA/HMI, industrial, AI networking, MES, edge & OT security, digital twins, AI & Physical AI
• Proven track record in end-to-end GTM strategy and execution, including pipeline creation, deal shaping, and revenue realization
