HIRING EVENT for Electrical Service Technicians in the Greer, Anderson, and Greenville areas!

Emory Electric and Ascension Property Services are hosting on the spot interviews for Electrical Service Technicians. Military experience welcomed!

When: August 27, 2026 from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST

Where: SC Works office (225 S Pleasantburg Dr E-1, Greenville, SC 29607)

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
  • Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes
  • Determine condition of electrical equipment, trouble shoot malfunctions and determine needed repairs.
  • Identify materials and quantities needed for new and remodel projects.
  • Test and work with various voltages, i.e. 12-24 volt, 48-volt DC, 120/240 volt, 120/208 volt, 277/480 volt.
  • Treat clients with the highest level of respect and work to develop a partnership.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years Service Truck Experience
  • Good Work Ethic
  • Strong Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills
  • Pass Mandatory Background Check
  • Pass Mandatory Drug Screen
  • Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb, bend, stoop, squat, and crawl as needed
  • Comfortable working at heights and in various job site conditions

 

Additional Requirements

  • Successful completion of a background check, MVR review, and drug screening
