Job Description/Responsibilities
The Events Associate helps bring experiences at The Sazerac House to life by coordinating and executing consumer events, brand events, and Sazerac House activations. This role works closely with internal teams, customers, and event partners to make sure every detail is planned and delivered at a high level. It's a hands-on opportunity to build event expertise, create memorable guest experiences, and help develop processes that drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Schedule: Fully onsite position that will involve working non-additional hours to support event execution.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and execute Signature Events, Brand Events, and Sazerac House activations from planning through completion.
  • Supervise events on-site, anticipating customer needs and resolving requests or issues to deliver a positive guest experience.
  • Manage multiple event details and priorities while maintaining strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Identify opportunities to improve event processes, marketing activities, and customer engagement to support repeat business.
  • Ability to proactively source and build relationships with vendors and partners to support successful event execution.

Qualifications/Requirements
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years + of experience in coordinating or supporting events, hospitality, or customer-facing experiences
  • Ability to work professionally with people at all levels and work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.

Preferred
  • Associate degree in Business or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout event spaces for extended periods.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
