Saw Operators are responsible for operating and maintaining saw equipment to cut metal materials according to specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


· Operate various types of saws (e.g., band saws, circular saws) to cut metal materials to specified dimensions.

· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine cutting requirements.

· Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using measuring tools.

· Inspect materials for defects and ensure quality standards are met.

· Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of saw equipment.
