Location: Verdi, Nevada

Day Shift & Swing Shift

We are seeking candidates for the following positions: Shop Helper, Operator, Press Person, Etch Operator, and Saw Helper at our new plant located in Verdi, Nevada. Manufacturing and forklift experience preferred. 

MAJOR JOB DUTIES:

  • Follow direction of the acting supervisor, lead man, and/or supervisor
  • Maintain clean and safe working environment; embrace a clean as you go policy.
  • Load and unload dies from die heating furnaces in accordance with WM best practices.
  • Assist in the wheel tool set ups.
  • Learn the basic skills of a helper position which include but are not limited to:
    • Operate a forklift, manipulator, overhead crane under supervision.
    • Operate tools such as hand grinders, wheel grinders, impact wrenches, sledgehammers, etc.
    • Properly clean and protect dies to prevent corroded dies.
    • Fix air and gas hoses.
    • Basic understanding of specialized equipment such as presses, furnaces, etc.
    • Basic understanding of die/insert holder and press setups.
    • Understanding of shopfloor instructions.
    • Understanding best practices of material handling.
  • Other duties assigned.
