Job description

Friday Saturday Sunday is looking for a Sous Chef to join our small staff. As one of Philadelphia's three Michelin starred restaurants, former experience in fine dining is required. We are looking for someone who is kind, ambitious, and patient; who intends to learn from, and collaborate with peers. Our menu is constantly changing, and the ideal candidate would be willing to experiment with seasonal ingredients and menu development.
In addition to previous fine-dining experience, weekend availability is a must, full time is required for this position.
