Responsibilities

Operates the telephone switchboard to relay incoming and outgoing telephone calls.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

1. Six (6) months prior experience as Communications Systems Operator or Call Center, Customer Service, Switchboard, Receptionist. 2. Must have ability to maintain composure during contacts with callers. 3. Must have pleasant telephone voice, and be able to work closely with other operators.

PREFERRED:

1. One (1) year hospital based experience as a Communications Systems Operator.
