SFS is looking for a Functional Area Expert (Information Advantage Analyst (Electronic Battle/Information Environment) to provide support to CBL Battle Labย  Facility located at Fort Gordon GA.ย ย  All work will be performed onsite.ย  This contract will support the CBL mission to provide experimentation support to the C- CDID with dynamic network experimentation integrated with CO, DODIN-A, EW and IA through the Cyber Battle Labโ€™s Experimentation Branch (EB), Environments Support Branch (ESB), and the Army Persistent Experimentation eNvironment (APEN) Cyber Enterprise Service Center (CESC). The CBL Experimentation Support contract will provide support in the form of experiments, assessments, analyses and network support that will validate proposed new technical solutions to resolve known Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership & Education, Personnel, Facilities Policy (DOTMLPF-P) capability gaps within the CO, EW, Network, and IA force modernization lines of effort
Position Summary
The Functional Area Expert (FAE) Information Advantage Analyst serves as a senior subject matter expert responsible for analyzing, assessing, and advising on operations within the information environment (IE). This role supports military, intelligence, and national security organizations by integrating information operations, electronic warfare, cyber operations, intelligence, influence activities, and data-driven decision-making to achieve information advantage over adversaries.
Information Advantage focuses on gaining, maintaining, and exploiting superiority in the information environment through the integration of people, processes, technology, and operational capabilities. This position is contingent on contract award.ย 
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the principal advisor on Information Advantage, Information Operations (IO), and Information Environment (IE) activities.
  • Analyze adversary information capabilities, narratives, influence operations, and decision-making processes.
  • Assess the effectiveness of information-related capabilities (IRCs) across military and government operations.
  • Support planning, execution, and assessment of campaigns designed to influence target audiences and decision-makers.
  • Integrate intelligence, cyber, electronic warfare, public affairs, military information support operations (MISO), and space capabilities.
  • Develop operational assessments, measures of effectiveness (MOEs), and measures of performance (MOPs).
  • Conduct information environment analysis and operational impact assessments.
  • Support experimentation, wargaming, modeling, and simulation activities related to information advantage.
  • Provide executive briefings, operational recommendations, and strategic assessments.
  • Advise senior leaders on information warfare risks, opportunities, and emerging threats.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Communications, Psychology, Data Science, or related discipline.
  • Typically 10โ€“15+ years of experience in:
