Job description

The Business Analyst will work closely under the guidance of the IT BA Manager, and successfully collaborate with business stakeholders, relevant IT teams, to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.  This role requires strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and analytical skills to ensure successful project initiation, procurement support, and solution delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience facilitating workshops, conducting interviews, documenting current and future state processes, defining functional and non-functional requirements, and supporting software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
•    5 + Years, Experience working as an IT Business Analyst supporting IT projects, system implementations, or technology procurements.
•    5 + Years, Strong understanding of business/data process analysis methodologies and SDLC processes.
•    5 + Years, Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and JAD sessions.
•    5 + Years, Ability to gather, document, and manage complex business, data, and functional requirements.
•    5 + Years, Experience developing process flows, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
•    5 + Years, Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
•    5 + Years, Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.
•    5 + Years, Experience supporting procurement documentation, vendor coordination, or contract-related activities is preferred.
•    5 + Years, Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies is preferred.
•    5 + Years, Documenting AS IS & TO BE Process & User Interface Mockups.
•    5+ Years Experience in developing statements/scope of work for contracting and procurement.
•    5 + Years Experience managing multiple projects/tasks at once; Results oriented and highly organized.
•    5 + Years Experience in Strong interviewing, active listening, communication, presentation, moderating meetings, and interpersonal skills 
•    5 + Years Experience in Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare presentations and write scope/specifications.
