Job Summary:
MDAEdge is seeking an experienced SAS Administrator and Architect with a strong background in Business Analytics and Finance to manage and enhance their SAS environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for SAS administration, architecture design, and data analytics, particularly in cost and profitability management.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure optimal operation of the SAS Analytics Environment.
• Provide user support and guidance on best practices for developing analytics processes, models, and programs.
• Manage user access and permissions through SAS Management Console ensuring secure data access.
• Maintain and support in-place programs; troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Manage SAS product installations, upgrades, and configurations.
• Configure SAS output channels and manage system integrations.
• Research and recommend enhancements in SAS software and supporting hardware.
• Maintain disaster recovery procedures and ensure data resilience.
• Support high-memory, enterprise-wide SAS environments across multiple business units.
• Design scalable and high-performance SAS infrastructure.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to implement advanced analytics solutions.
• Ensure system architecture supports future growth, compliance, and best practices in BI and data warehousing.
