Job Title: Software Engineer, Senior Level -SAS
Project - 6+ Month Contract with possible extension
Location - Chelsea, MA
About the Role: The engineer will install, configure, and administer SAS 9.4m8 across Windows and Linux environments, consolidating three on-premises server tiers into a single AWS instance. The role spans the full project lifecycle - from pre-installation planning through UAT support and formal knowledge transfer to client staff.
Required Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience with SAS 9.4 platform administration and/or migration projects
  • SAS Platform: SAS 9.4 / SAS 9.4m8 - installation, configuration, and administration; SAS Metadata Libraries; SAS Enterprise Guide; SAS/Access; SAS Forecast Server
  • Cloud: AWS cloud migration; SAS data migration to cloud environments
  • OS / Server: Linux (RHEL 7.0), Windows Server
