Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Test Lead / SAP Analyst

Location: Remote, must be willing to work EST.

Pay Rate: $50.00 - $60.00/hour

Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

CTG’s long-standing Fortune 500 client is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Test Lead / SAP Analyst to support enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. This role will focus on end-to-end SAP business process testing, quarterly releases, regression testing, defect management, and cross-functional coordination within a complex SAP landscape.

The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP testing expertise, experience supporting integrated business processes, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders across large-scale ERP deployments.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead SAP S/4HANA testing activities across integrated business processes and modules
• Create, execute, and maintain business process test scripts and test scenarios
• Support test planning, regression testing, release validation, and retesting activities
• Manage defects and testing activities using OpenText ALM / Quality Center
• Validate end-to-end SAP business process functionality across multiple environments
• Coordinate with developers, configurators, and business users to resolve issues and validate fixes
• Maintain testing documentation, traceability, and reusable regression test libraries
• Support SAP quarterly releases, deployments, and enhancement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of SAP testing and SAP business process validation experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA testing methodologies and integrated process flows
• Experience with OpenText ALM / Quality Center for defect management and test execution
• Experience supporting full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Knowledge of SAP modules including OTC, PTP, RTR, LES/EWM, Finance, and Quality processes
• Strong understanding of regression testing, release management, and transport management
• Experience within manufacturing environments preferred
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous SAP Test Lead experience
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
• Experience coordinating testing across multiple workstreams and business functions
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager and/or Focused Build
