Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA application management services (AMS) delivery for key client engagements. 

  • Own delivery governance, service reviews, executive communications, and client expectations. 

  • Manage SLAs, KPIs, incidents, enhancements, releases, risks, dependencies, and escalations. 

  • Coordinate SAP functional, technical, onsite, offshore, and cross-functional teams. 

  • Drive service quality, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and transformation opportunities. 

  • Plan resources and delivery commitments to support reliable, high-quality outcomes. 

Required Qualifications 

  • 10+ years of SAP delivery or program management experience. 

  • Strong SAP S/4HANA delivery experience. 

  • Retail industry experience. 

  • Experience leading SAP AMS or application support engagements within a systems integrator environment. 

  • Strong client-facing, governance, stakeholder, and escalation-management skills. 

  • Experience managing global onsite and offshore SAP delivery teams. 

  • Strong knowledge of AMS delivery models, SLAs, KPIs, enhancements, and production support. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience identifying continuous-improvement or transformation opportunities within SAP support programs.
