Job Title:- SAP Supply Chain
Duration:- 8+ months
Location:- Onsite - Plainsboro, NJ 08536
RESOURCE TO SUPPORT DSCSA AND SUPPLY CHAIN / SERIALIZATION ACTIVITIES
Job Description/ Responsibilities
Support Hours: 9 AM EST to 5 PM EST (however we occasionally get requests upto 8 PM EST)
Systems used: Trace link, SAP: ATTP, ICH (including VRS)
Skills looking for:
Overall Manufacturing and Supply Chain knowledge and experience in SAP Order to Cash end to end process,
Working knowledge and experience related to US DSCSA serialization requirements, Lot traceability, GS1 standards, EPCIS format, ASN, VRS, credentialing, etc.
Hands-on experience on Enterprise Serialization Platform - TraceLink, SAP ATTP, and SAP ICH
Validation experience in a GxP environment

Role:
Support the IT Sr. Systems Analyst on Serialization and other operations to comply with the DSCSA 2023 requirements. Level 1 support of serialization-related production issues.
Responsibilities:
Provide level 1 support on serialization issues in production, be able to perform the initial analysis and triage the issues to corresponding teams for resolution, or escalate the issue for the next level of support. Manage the incident in ServiceNow or an external ticketing system.
Coordinate the onboarding activities with trading partners.
Support DSCSA-related projects and testing activities.
Manage Validation activities needed for the GxP project
