Job Description
Cintas is currently looking for an SAP Security Analyst-Level 3 to support the SAP area. The SAP Security Analyst-Level 3 is responsible for: working on major projects that may span a broad range of systems, providing subject matter expertise and security direction; working closely with customers, Business Analysts, and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality security solutions that are aligned with the business and IT strategies, and are in compliance with the organization's architectural standards; application analysis, design, security configuration, integration, and enhancement, and also involved in complex support issues; participating in gathering requirements; advising on system options, risk, cost versus benefits, and impact on business processes; SAP solution design and development that supports multiple enterprise applications; analyzing architecture, relationship between systems and systems flow of end-to-end designs; coordinating, developing and participating in execution of test plans; providing guidance to other security analysts on identifying and implementing improvement opportunities that are in line with long term vision; and staying abreast of new trends and future enhancements and leveraging best practices.
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) or equivalent based on education and/or experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP security architecture, design and configuration to enable review of the security team's work and guidance, as appropriate
  • Minimum 5 years utilizing SAP security
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with GRC
  • Minimum 3 years of experience of providing technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members with proven success on multiple enterprise-wide software development projects with support and delivery in a production support role in a medium to large business. Provide security guidance or business process expertise.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience communicating security issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, including managers, directors, and executives
  • Experience in complex SAP environments supporting multiple components
  • Experience with cloud application security

Preferred:
  • SAP certification(s)
  • Experience in SolMan - ChaRM
