Job Description

Cintas is seeking an SAP Functional Analyst-Level 3-Service Management who will be primarily responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4HANA Service to enable efficient, end-to-end service operations.  This role focuses on optimizing service order management, service contracts, repair processes, and service billing while ensuring seamless integration with finance, logistics, SAP FSM, and SSAM.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Configure, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Service Management
  • Design and manage end-to-end service processes including:
    • Service contract, service orders, service quotations, and confirmations
    • In-house and field service execution
    • Service contracts and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
  • Create functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP and CTP, CPI and FSM integration developer teams with knowledge of CDS Views, Fiori Apps, enhancements to service workflows
  • Support data migration and master data setup (equipment, service products, partners, contacts, territories)
  • Execute configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and deployment activities
  • Prepare documentation, user training, and knowledge transfer materials
  • Support continue improvement, system upgrades, and S/4HANA transformations
Skills/Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) or equivalent based on education and/or experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP S/4 Service
  • Strong configuration experience across Service Quotations, Service Orders, and Service Confirmations, including transaction types, item categories, SLA profiles, confirmation controls, and lifecycle integration from request through execution and billing.
  • Handson configuration of Service Contracts, SLA definitions, response profiles, entitlement checks, and endtoend pricing (condition technique).
  • Expertise in configuring Service Master Data and organizational structures, including Service Organizations and assignment to controlling objects, Plants and Storage Locations for service parts and Alignment of service execution with finance and logistics structures.
  • Advanced configuration of Actions, Text, Partner, and Date Determination Profiles, enabling automated behaviors for service execution, SLA tracking, partner assignment, scheduling logic, and downstream integration readiness.
  • Configuration experience in Fiorifirst S/4HANA Service landscapes, including: Fiori Catalogs & Groups, Rolebased access to service applications, Field enablement/suppression in collaboration with development and Functional specifications for Custom Fiori Applications.
  • Experience with crossmodule integration (SD, MM, FI/CO, PTP, RTR, ECM, FSM, SSAM) and external legacy systems via SAP CPI.
