Mandatory Qualifications:
5 - 7 years' experience as an SAP Basis Administrator, and/or SAP Applications IT Architect.
Solid knowledge and proficiency in SAP ERP Systems.
Principles and best business practices of SAP application architecture.
Principles and techniques for the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and SAP's Implementation Life Cycle.
Familiarity with Azure Cloud
Expertise in installation, upgrades, and patching of SAP applications using SUM
Expertise in SAP Change and Transport management
Experience in Solution Manager configuration, CHaRM, Monitoring and EWA
Experience with SAP SSO
Experience with S/4 Embedded Analytics
Familiar with layered security architecture, SSL, reverse proxy, Apache
Familiar with infrastructure security including data encryption
Networking technologies and data structures.
Relational databases and database reporting tools.
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience as Technical Lead for the to the technical team. Identify technical tasks, assign, review, analysis, develop technical project plan, develop requirements and design of technical requests and lead project team meetings
Experience creating estimates and budgets
Experience in contributing to the development of RFI and RFP for procurement
Web design and best practices for Web content management, tools and technologies, connectivity issues and browser issues
ITIL Service Management
Customer Service experience
Experienced with MS Office applications including Word, Excel
Experienced in Web Services Integration
Experience in using Service Now
Business Warehouse and Business Analytics experience
Recent experience within government agencies or public bodies with projects of a similar type.
Education: Bachelors Degree in Information Technology.
Responsibilities:
Perform SAP Basis Administration duties, including (but not limited to):
o Planning, preparation, installation of SAP applications.
o Upgrading SAP semi-annual releases and SAP Feature Support Packs.
o Performing SAP operational activities, setup, configuration, transports, troubleshooting, tuning and problem resolution.
o Actively monitoring SAP systems to ensure they are properly tuned and performing appropriately.
o Managing SAP account administration and user profiles.
o Tuning SAP system parameters to optimize the performance of the application.
o Updating the tax rules using BSI application
Coordinate SAP change management requests and implementation with hosting providers and provide issue resolution for the 100+ SAP Production Interfaces which include banking, services, employee benefits, courts, and external systems such as court case management systems and Uniform Civil Fees System (UCFS).
Manage deployment projects for desktop application rollouts and upgrades to users at the JCC and courts.
Perform and advise on SAP Application Security Administrator duties
o Make sure that the SAP application data is encrypted across the WAN
o Maintain application authorizations for SAP and RWD for all end users of Phoenix
o Create new roles in the application as per the business requirement
