In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer
Your contribution to the team:
• Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques
• Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large-scale data migrations

Required Skill and Experience
• SAP EPPM/PS consultant with SAP PS & PPM functional certification; delivered end-to-end implementations/rollouts/carve-outs and support operations across the full lifecycle (requirements → design/build → test/UAT →data migration → go-live/run) using SAP ACTIVATE/ASAP methodology.
• PS functional scope: Project coding masks; Project structuring (Project/WBS/network & activities); profiles (project/budget/planning/network/status/investment); scheduling; billing milestones; result analysis and settlement for customer (revenue) project and CAPEX/OPEX project scenarios with cross-module integration exposure (FI/CO, SD, MM, FI, HR) supporting cost planning, procurement, confirmations, and billing flows.
• PPM functional scope: Baseline configuration for portfolio & project management for portfolio/item types, object links, templates, common functions, decision points etc.
• Delivery assets & enablement: RICEFW functional specs/config & process docs, SIT/UAT packs, authorization matrix, cutover/post-go-live documentation; PS/PPM data migration (master + transactional); works with Azure DevOps/SolMan/ServiceNow/Jira.
• Agentic AI certified - enabling the design of autonomous, intelligent workflows and AI-driven decision frameworks within SAP landscapes and copilot-style assistance. Trained on Prompt Engineering, knowledge of SAP Joule for Consultants.
Preferred Skill and Experience
Must be aware of the constant changes taking place in SAP world.
Good communication skills to conduct Design workshop and training sessions.
Willing to travel to client location for important workshops and training sessions.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Additional Details
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO / MD / IL / MN : $114,000 to $167,000
In Washington, DC : $106,00 to $147,500
